Join Jeff Hendler, performance coach and veteran runner, for an engaging workshop on building a lifelong running practice. Whether you’re deep into a training cycle or maintaining steady miles year-round, this session will help you embrace the long game. Jeff will guide you through finding lasting joy in running, overcoming tough spots, and balancing your training with the rest of your life. With insights drawn from his experience as a Lake Tahoe Triple Marathon survivor, co-founder of the West Toronto Pacers, and seasoned running coach, Jeff will help you discover your unique fitness personality, stay motivated, and keep showing up strong.

Jeff Hendler is a performance coach offering 1:1 programs for peak sport, fitness, and wellbeing. He’s a veteran runner who amongst other things: is a survivor of the Lake Tahoe Triple Marathon; co-founder and past coach of the West Toronto Pacers; Running Room clinic leader; and courageous pace bunny!

Daniel, Jessica, and Rachel are passionate about helping runners stay injury-free and perform at their best. They understand firsthand the challenges runners face, and they’re eager to pass on the insights and strategies that have worked for them. In this workshop, they’ll provide practical, real-world advice that you can use right away, whether you’re new to running or looking to take your performance to the next level. The team is excited to put this workshop together and support the Beaches community by providing specialized care for runners who are looking to stay injury-free and reach their full potential.
