In her spare time, Mackenzie enjoys leading an active lifestyle with cycling, running, hot yoga, and strength training. This love for movement is reflected in her treatment style, which emphasizes the importance of exercise in achieving optimal health at any age.
Mackenzie‘s approach to physiotherapy is centered around a comprehensive assessment and tailored treatment plans that are designed to meet the unique needs of each client. She uses a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and education, to help her clients get back to doing what they love. Mackenzie is also trained in acupuncture, which she incorporates into her treatments as appropriate.
As part of her ongoing professional development, Mackenzie is currently working towards her Sport Physiotherapy Certification and has already gained valuable experience working with a range of sports teams in the Toronto area.
Mackenzie currently works out the Live Active Sports Medicine Beaches location and looks forward to working with those in her community!
